Client Information:
UwU Con is a three-day anime and comic convention featuring voice actors and celebrities, vendors, food, gaming, cosplay, after hour dance parties, and so much more!
Design Process:
After researching the UwU brand (especially the cute pink jelly mascot) I established a simple color scheme of black & white, with the vibrant pink as the primary accent color.
This pink accent color is present throughout all materials, save the late night scheduling for UwU Con Nights which have a deeper magenta-pink to represent the cozier after-hours events UwU Con is known for.
I kept clean lines and shapes for the page spreads, with the exception being the UwU Con Nights images that rough edges like they are revealed with a textured marker.
